Just finished watching this DVD and it is a wonderful look into the past. Ruark did a great job of getting footage of so much of the hunts, splicing them, along with entertaining narration. For someone who has never been to Africa but loves the stories of Ruark, Capstick, Bell, Selby, Selous, Hemingway and others, this is a must for every man's library. I was surprised at how youthful Selby appeared. I've read about him for years and it was a pleasure to see the man in action.
Again, this DVD is a great picture of Africa's past days. Highly recommended. (Posted on 12/15/2019)
