Under normal conditions we ship your order within five working day. This means orders placed on Friday are shipped on the following Friday. What is normal? The months of February through October are “normal” months. November through January are exceptionally busy months because of holiday gift buying and trade shows. During these months your order may take an extra two working days to get into the mail stream. Do not forget that during November and December all mail carriers (UPS, DHL, Fed Ex, USPS etc) are extremely busy and they will take longer to get a package to you no matter what they may say.

All expedited air shipments will be shipped out on the same business day if received by 1:00 PM Pacific time; otherwise they will ship the next business day. For example, a 2nd Day Air order received on Monday by 1:00 PM will ship out that same day and will be delivered on Wednesday. A 2nd Day Air order received on Monday after 1:00 will ship out on Tuesday and be delivered on Thursday. The day the order shipped is not calculated when determining delivery times.
